Database Customization

Silverpoint has painstakingly built SchoolSuite to allow maximum flexibility for our clients. The result of this visionary approach to constructing our product is a database that can be customized at a relatively low cost. Though the vast majority of clients do not require any database customization, Silverpoint provides those who do require customization a means of achieving their goals cost effectively.

Customization options available include:

Additional Fields - We can add unique fields to its database tables to hold information unique to a particular school.

Repurposing - The Silverpoint directory system has been repurposed to hold information on groups of schools for assocations, including adding additional fields to allow for unique search capabilities.

Unique Outputs - We have developed custom functionality based on the outputs available from the information in a Silverpoint SchoolSuite database. One example of this is an application that integrates our directories with Google Maps to allow parents to search for carpool partners based on where students live.

Custom Reports - Silverpoint can provide custom reports from its database to provide information on timing and frequency of constituent logins and other information captured by the database.
