Angelo Otterbein graduated from St. Paul's School in Baltimore, MD for which he later wrote their 150-year history, and from Princeton University where he graduated as a certified teacher, with a degree in English Literature, and having taken a variety of courses in the computer science department. He founded Silverpoint in 1996 when he also held a faculty position teaching advanced digital media and web design to art majors at Villa Julie College in Baltimore. While at Silverpoint, Angelo has given dozens of presentations across the country and overseas for associations and school conferences about web design, trends in digital media and web development, and the role of the Internet in education. While there is no connection between his last name and the Otterbein neighborhood in Baltimore, don't be afraid to ask him about the Otterbein cookies, which are scattered far and wide throughout the city.

One of the company's founders, Silverpoint is the third start-up technology business at which Frank has devoted three or more years to managing the development of a service business around a product core. At Silverpoint, Frank works on business development, process definition, human resources, sales, and project management. This past year Frank has been happy to transition the primary responsibility for Silverpoint's legal and accounting work to the only other member of Silverpoint's management team with two capital letters in his last name, Andrew McKenzie, so that Frank can focus more of his energies on business development. If you hear someone sigh when you're talking with Frank on the phone, it's odds on that it's his Vizsla, Uncle Vanya, who comes to work in the Hoboken office and likes to drape himself over people's shoulders while they're working; he has a very hands-on management style.

Edward Allred is a managing partner of Silverpoint and serves as the Director of Data Services. His seven years with the company includes project management, software development, and the role of Director of Client Services. Born and raised in Mexico City, Ed has lived in Long Island, Chicago, and currently resides in San Francisco. After graduating from Princeton University, Ed worked as a DBA at Levi Straus & Co. While he can make Excel and the data stored within it do cartwheels, his true love is his family, comprised of his wife Ashley and young daughter Alexa.

Andrew joined Silverpoint in early 2006. For the prior six years, he worked with other rapidly growing companies at two New York area venture capital firms. Previously, he worked as a lead engineer for The BOC Group. Born and raised in Texas, Andrew received a BSE from Princeton University and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. When he's not crunching numbers and writing checks, Andrew's spending QT with his ladies three - wife, daughter and cat.
